This has damaged my credit tremendously since your credit history District of Columbia it is a judgment / lien on my credit report. There was no explanation as to why there was an inquiry. The only reason I can connect to this inquiry was that I opened a Pier 1 account the day the inquiry was made. Last year, I had Lifelock put fraud alerts on all my accounts; maybe that's why First your credit history District of Columbia USA made the inquiry. I think it's insane that neither Experian nor First USA can give me a reason why the inquiry was made! In their letter they stated that they believe that I don't need this high line of credit, therefore they have lowered it to $10000. I called and asked them to change it back to $25000, since I am afraid that this may neg. They said quickly they will look into it and I should receive a notification within the next 10 days about their decision. Today, May 12, I received a notification from EQUIFAX that they got a 'hard' inquiry from FIRST USA BANK which I your credit history District of Columbia did not authorized. First you lower the credit line significantly, hoping the costumer will call, requesting some kind of action, like reinstating the original line of credit, which in their mind gives them now the your credit history District of Columbia right to make a 'hard' credit inquiry.

Rolf of Arlington, VA This all started due to .48 cents. She was afraid to mention it and being her first card was confused as to how the finance charges work, but felt this wasn't right.
